 We accept only the retourned prodcucts in their original packaging, complete, unbroken and in perfect condition to sell .
The shipping rate is on your charge , except our fault committed .You can ask for a refund of amounts paid, or exchange the product.

In case of exchange the shipping cost of retour back the products are on the customers charges.
